Inside one of the world's largest software companies, I sold commerce and customer experience products to high-growth companies with $500M to $1B in revenue.
The situation
Mid-market companies buy differently from the largest enterprise accounts. They move faster, have smaller teams, and need to see how a product fits their business, not a feature list.
What I did
I evaluated each prospect’s product suite and business needs and built a custom offering around them. With existing customers in electronics, precision instruments, and solar manufacturing, I grew revenue by upselling what they had and cross-selling complementary products.
The result
I won multiple contracts over $2M TCV with new customers in outdoor products, education products, and gaming hardware. I hit quota consistently, averaging 169.7%. In my best year I reached 367% of target and earned President’s Club for the top 5%.
